Senior Specialist IS Risk
We are looking for someone who is committed to contributing to our vision of better public services, and our mission of independent and valued assurance and insights. As a Senior Specialist – IS Risk, you will collaborate with a team or work independently to complete a range of information system audits.
You are a seasoned professional who draws on your expert technology audit, assurance, consulting, or IT security skills to help us deliver our information system audits to our key client base.
You have relative technical knowledge and experience assessing IT controls in one or more platforms: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Windows Server, Unix/Linux, Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases, SAP and other ERP systems.
You have strong communication skills, the ability to think strategically, achieve quality results and are a team player.

- Salary commensurate with experience – $118,866 to $128,964 (includes 12.75% superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading)

Assistant Manager IS Risk
We are looking for someone who is committed to contributing to our vision of better public services, and our mission of independent and valued assurance and insights. As an Assistant Manager IS Risk, you will be a recognised specialist in information security within QAO. You will lead multiple information system audits and provide advice on better practices.
You are a seasoned professional who has strong technical IT knowledge and can draw on your expert external audit, consulting and assurance skills to help us deliver our audits. The role requires well-developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to maintain effective professional relationships with our clients. You will work within an innovative, collaborative, and diverse team and apply your ability to think strategically to achieve quality results.
You have strong technical knowledge and experience assessing IT controls in one or more platforms: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Windows Server, Unix/Linux, Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases, SAP and other ERP systems.
Certification such as Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and/or Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) is highly desirable
