We are the public sector's independent auditor, providing trusted advice and insights to parliament to help hold entities accountable for the services they deliver. Our vision is for better public services.

Our values – engage, respect, inspire, and deliver – underpin how we work with each other and our clients and stakeholders. And our shared objectives, behaviours, and practices ensure our employees feel respected, empowered, and motivated to do their best work.

Our people care about the work they do and contributing to better public services for Queenslanders. We invest in our people to be the best in their field. And we provide professional development pathways and a learning culture that prioritises communication, professional development, and collaboration.
